Hidden among the olive groves of Neochori, SKITI is a contemporary stone house designed around simplicity, stillness and the rhythm of the Mani landscape. A place to slow down, reconnect and experience the quiet luxury of enough.
Spanning 137 square metres, SKITI is currently set up to accommodate up to six guests — with the space and flexibility to be reconfigured to host more. The house offers two peaceful bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living room that converts into an additional double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Outside, a shaded terrace becomes the centre of everyday life, while a discreet plunge pool offers a place to cool down beneath the Mani sun.
The house was designed to disappear into its surroundings rather than dominate them, allowing the landscape to become part of the experience.
Every material was chosen for its honesty. Local stone. Natural timber. Plaster finishes worked with local sand so the walls blend into the surrounding landscape. Soft linen. Handcrafted textures.
Nothing was selected to follow trends. Everything was selected to feel timeless.
Even the plunge pool was intentionally designed not to resemble a traditional jacuzzi, but to feel like a natural element emerging from the architecture itself—a quiet body of water that belongs to the landscape.
